The staff are really polite and super friendly. the room is silent on floors 1-4. - It has a marvelous and magnificent location close to Mall of the Emirates. - This hotel is so close to the metro station as well as the 2 bars.

The room here was nicely furnished with modern amenities like a balcony, blackout curtains, and a writing desk, which I really liked.

The hotel was fairly clean and had welcoming staff. the room was luxurious and tidy, with blackout drapes, a writing desk, and dresser. We enjoyed a rich and excellent breakfast. the central location was a plus.

Tbh, had a very good stay for four nights. Breakfast was excellent, gorgeous views, particularly good location really close to all nearby roads Metros and the restaurant which is located at the top of the building. Staff were very friendly;))

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our comfort. The check-in experience was exceptional, thanks to the excellent and friendly reception from Mr Ahmed. He truly made our day and showed us the true hospitality of this hotel. The front desk staff, especially Mr Kavin, were also very helpful and accommodating. We were impressed by the housekeeping staff, particularly Mr Roshan, who had a great attitude towards his work and provided excellent customer service. It's rare to find such a dedicated and humble team in hotels.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
