missingWrote a review on Oct 27poor serviceloud noise
my stay was shockingly underwhelming. the reception staff were simply dreadful, hardly speaking English, and combined with the constant noise from the club below, it was a nightmare. I almost received a complimentary upgrade due to my 'loyalty', but they forgot! I woudl have left a good review but just couldn’t. This place has so much room for improvement.

Fantastic location near the metro, making getting around a breeze! The room was clean and spacious, like my own little palace.
But oh darling, the breakfast variety was smaller than my handbag collection! And don’t even get me started on the room service. they don’t take demands like, 'Gimme champagne! '

Family with children enjoy comfortable stay
The room was huge, more like an apartment really, allowed the kids to run around and not feel cramped. The breakfast had a great variety, the kids loved the pancakes and I appreciated the fresh fruits.
It wasn't cheap but still ok for the quality we got.

The rooftop pool provides a nice ambiance for soaking up the sun, and it’s a decent size for taking a dip after a long day. There’s also a small gym available for basic workouts, though the equipment could use some maintenance.
Parking is a hassle. the entrance is tight and you have to wait on someone to check you in before getting through the gate. The room layout is peculiar, with doors leading to the balcony that are screwed shut, and the overall towel situation was strange with only one of each type for two guests. You might find the piano music playing in the halls becomes annoying late at night, and hot water isn’t always immediate after a long wait. Don’t bank too much on the dining options either, as they lack variety.
